    On the third floor you find three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. In two of the rooms there are kingsized-beds and in one of the bedroom there is two 90 beds. The masterbedroom has an own balcony with sea-view.

    Description

    The living room is equipped with fantastic sitting area around the large coffee table with exit to the terrace with lounge group, barbecue, table tennis. Luxury kitchen with seating for 10 people. Perfect for a conference for a smaller group - there is room for all conversations and or some luxurious relaxation.

    The sea is visible from the kitchen and one bedroom. In two of the bedrooms there are continental beds for the best sleeping comfort, one bedroom equipped with 2x 90 cm beds and one on the lower floor with 2x90 cm beds that can be put together with a double mattress and a bunk bed 90 cm twice, TV's corner, dining table with 4 chairs Air conditioning and electric elements 2 large bathrooms with shower, floor heating, WC and guest WC on the middle floor. 500 m to ICA Supermarket, Apoteket and systembolaget.

    The property is a 6-minute walk from the beach in central Båstad. The house is completely redecorated with fresh new Newport-style furniture ,Villeroy & Boch cutlery, wine glasses, plates. I am a positive and responsible function manager who has a racing game and loves to play tennis.
